Alex Gresham has worked in the propane industry for Blossman Gas since 2006. During this time, he has served Blossman by actively recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding new hires across the company’s 10 state footprint. As the Director of Human Development, Alex is also responsible for coordinating Blossman University which helps direct new and existing employees through career paths. This includes technical and non-technical training needs. Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from the University of Montevallo and a Master’s degree in College Counseling/Student Personnel from the University of Southern Mississippi. Outside of his work at Blossman, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie and son, Will, as well as enjoying all the fun that the Mississippi Gulf Coast provides including fishing, boating, and spending time with friends.
