Randy Wheeler

White Industrial Seismology, Inc.


Randy Wheeler is president of White Industrial Seismology, Inc. He has worked in the blasting and vibration monitoring industries for over 37 years. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Mathematics. Randy has given numerous training presentations on blast vibration analysis at various conferences and for individuals and private companies. Software he developed for signature waveform analysis is in use worldwide. Randy has been a member of the ISEE for 33 years. He served on the board of directors from 1998 to 2006. He is active in the ISEE Seismograph Section and serves on the Standards Committee, PEPR Committee and Program Committee. He is also a member of other professional societies and serves on the Missouri Blasting Safety Board.
