Ryan Ellen currently serves Ameren Illinois as the Director, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Strategy and Implementation. In this capacity, he directs all activities for deploying advanced metering to Ameren Illinois’ 2.0 million electric metering and gas metering endpoints, the largest single program associated with Ameren Illinois’ energy delivery Modernization Action Plan (MAP). Ryan has testified in Illinois regulatory proceedings justifying deployment strategies and the cost/benefit analysis for implementing AMI. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. Ryan is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Missouri and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
