Keith Roberts has been employed with Hayward Pool Products for over 11 years. He began his career in April, 2007 working as a Technical Service Representative in our East Coast Contact Center where he championed several of our major product lines including Pumps, Commercial products, Heaters, and Robotic Cleaners. As a Technical Training Manager, Keith is responsible for training and mentoring all Hayward employees both current as well as new hires. He is HVAC certified since 2009, APSP Certified Service Technician since 2011, and CPO certified since 2016. He received his NSPF Certified Trainer certification in 2016 as well.
