Daniel M. Anders is the Chief Compliance Officer for Tower MSA Partners where he oversees the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance program. In this position, Dan is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of the MSA program and other MSP compliance services and products. Based upon his more than a decade of experience in working with employers, insurers, TPAs, attorneys and claimants, Dan provides education and consultation to Tower MSA clients on all aspects of MSP compliance. Dan is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Illinois. He was formerly the Senior Vice-President of MSP Compliance a ExamWorks Clinical Solutions and has prior extensive litigation experience. He is a member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals where he serves on the legislative committee. Mr. Anders holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.
