Bill has served the insurance industry for over 25 years, and has most recently focused on working for organizations that provide technology solutions to insurance companies. Bill enjoys enhancing insurance processes so that insurance professionals can focus on value-driven work. Bill has worked in various roles including consultant, business analyst, trainer, quality assurance analyst, and as an adjuster during his career. Bill has a BA in History from the University of California, Irvine and has CPCU, ARM, AU and AIS designations from the Insurance Institute of America, and is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).
