Mr. Bloom has served as Founder and senior executive for national claims management firms specializing in workers’ compensation, liability, and absence management claims administration, integrated with clinical managed care capabilities. He has also functioned as the Principal consultant, National Practice Leader and project leader for private Fortune 500 companies, business consultant for various IT, Managed Care, Private Equity, TPA’s & service companies, as well as public entities and smaller employers, engaging in risk management, mergers & acquisitions and human capital program reviews.
