Carol A. Jenkins, Ph.D. is currently the Chief Analytics Officer at OutMatch. She has partnered extensively with domestic and global clients to help improve talent metrics such as new hire turnover, retention rates in top performers, improved quality and time to hire, and leadership effectiveness. She currently leads the R&D function and plays a heavy role in product development for OutMatch products. She recently was the recipient of the North Texas Women in Technology Award by the Dallas Business Journal. She is a licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas, and is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
