Jonathan Barrish is a Capital Partner at Litchfield Cavo, LLP. In written decisions, Jonathan has been commended by the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission for his "outstanding trial advocacy and the pursuit of all available yet admissible evidence." He has extensive experience representing clients in workers’ compensation cases, and is a frequent lecturer for carriers and third party administrators as well as self-insured employers on topics concerning Illinois workers’ compensation. Jonathan also provides training for managerial staff on how to manage post-accident investigations. In addition, he has been a faculty member educating attorneys on Workers’ Compensation Law for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Workers’ Compensation Institute. and has also served as an expert witness on Illinois workers’ compensation law. Jonathan earned a BA degree with honors from Northwestern University, and his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
