As the Senior Director of Electric Asset Management at PSE&G Ray is responsible for executing the Electric Utility Infrastructure Capital Plan with PSE&G’s Delivery Projects & Construction (DP&C) organization as the Electric Owner Representative. This includes coordinating and integrating the annualized $1.0B plus scope associated with the Capital Plan as it is integrated into the overall Portfolio including supporting the review and approval requirements with the required Stakeholder Community. Ray’s team is also responsible for all Transmission and Substation Engineering including the Electric System Standards. Ray’s group also oversees the Asset Management NERC Compliance Organization ensuring all transmission reliability standards and requirements are met. Ray also leads the System Reliability group which includes the development, buildout and day to day management of the Electric Transmission Energy Management System. Prior to this role, Ray was the Senior Director of Project Engineering for PSE&G Delivery Projects and Con¬struction Group (DP&C). Ray and his team were responsible for overseeing all aspects of project engineering and design for DP&C’s significant portfolio of transmission and distribution upgrades, which in 2015 exceeded $1.6 billion. Prior to joining PSE&G in 2009, Ray served as Vice President of Critical Systems, building and managing critical infrastructure facilities globally for banking and data center clients for global real estate firms and private developers. Ray started his career at Con Edison in New York City, where he worked in Nuclear and Fossil Generation, Engineering, Electric System Operations, Construction, Customer Operations and Project Man¬agement. Ray holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, and a master’s degree in Power Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional.
