Andrew Sabolic is the Policy Coordinator for Division of Workers’ Compensation, Department of Financial Services. He also is the interim bureau chief of the Employee Assistance Office. He joined the Division of Workers’ Compensation on July 1, 2002. Andrew handles many of the operational and legislative issues that impact the Division. He interacts with the various workers’ compensation stakeholders and communicates the Division’s policies to these stakeholders. Prior to joining the Division, Andrew Sabolic was a State Relations Executive for the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. He was responsible for NCCI’s government and regulatory activities for Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Andrew was responsible for advisory rate and item filings, residual market issues and legislative matters. His activities included working with regulators, legislators, policyholders, business groups, trade associations and the media. Before NCCI, he worked for the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce heading its government and political affairs division. Andrew attended Michigan State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.
