Aaron began his career in aviation as a flight instructor and corporate pilot but the terrorist events of 9/11 changed his career path. Shifting from aviation to Human Resources Aaron discovered a lack of industry focus on improving the employee experience in the workers compensation arena. As the Director of Human Resources for a regional grocery chain, Aaron has dedicated much of his career to improving the employee perception of workers compensation and reducing the long term costs. Being a participant of a high retention workers compensation program he puts a large focus on prevention in both the areas of safety and post offer employment testing. Aaron resides on a farm just North of Kansas City with his wife, three children, and many pets.
