Joshua Ballance is Assistant General Counsel for Clark Construction Group, LLC in Bethesda, Maryland. Josh advises executive leadership and oversees legal matters for Clark and its subsidiaries throughout the United States with particular focus on negotiating and drafting contracts for major projects. Josh’s in-house experience with Clark began in 2005, but was interrupted for seven years while he served as Senior Manager & Counsel for the American Institute of Architect’s Contract Documents team. Josh received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the College of Charleston and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
