Tana C. Hubbard PhD is a Consultant for the Special Education Information Center located at Region 10 ESC. She has over 30 years of general and special education experience to include roles as a Classroom Teacher, Educational Diagnostician, Coordinator of Special Education and Executive Director of Special Education.
