PHILIP J. KAYDEN was named Senior Investment Officer for Ventas, Inc., in March 2014. Mr. Kayden joined Ventas as Manager, Real Estate Investments in July 2005, and was promoted to Director, Real Estate Investments in June, 2010, and Investment Officer in May 2012. Mr. Kayden is responsible for the origination and execution of equity and debt investments of healthcare real estate, with a focus on seniors housing and hospitals. Since joining Ventas in 2005, Mr. Kayden has been involved in the execution of over $15.0 billion of real estate investments. Prior to joining Ventas, Mr. Kayden was an Analyst with Welltower Inc. Mr. Kayden holds a B.B.A. from The University of Toledo and is a founding member of the NIC Future Leaders Council.
