Bill Crawford, a natural products industry veteran, is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Crawford.Solutions, a management consulting firm specializing in strategy and organizational development. A former retailer and former member of the New Hope Natural Media management team, he has an extensive background working with natural products retailers and manufacturers. He is also a college professor and PhD candidate who regularly teaches business strategy, marketing, data analysis, and organizational behavior. Leveraging his experience and insight, he provides analysis and commentary to stimulate questions and discussion about trends and happenings in the retail marketplace and in society and how they affect the natural product retailers.
