Ms. Youngs Lew serves as the Program Executive Officer for Enterprise Information Systems located in Arlington, VA. Ms. Youngs Lew was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in July 2013. Her career experience includes significant roles in all aspects of engineering and acquisition. Ms. Youngs Lew joined Program Executive Office for Space, Communications and Sensors (PEO SCS) in 1996 where her assignments included Submarine Data Links Project Engineer for the Advanced Tactical Data Links Program Office, Assistant Program manager for Science and Technology at the Submarine Communications Program Office and Principal APM for Acquisition in the Submarine Integration Program office. In February 2005 she was selected as the Deputy Program Manager for the Communications Program Office (PMW 170), followed by selection as PEO C4I's Deputy Program Executive Officer for Platform Integration and Modernization in July 2006. In March 2010, she assumed the role of Program Manager for the Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790). In May 2013, Ms. Youngs Lew was selected Executive Director for the program Executive office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I). In this capacity Ms. Youngs Lew was responsible for integrating, executing and delivering capability in a $2.5B annual portfolio supporting information needs for naval, joint and coalition warfighters. In December 2015 she was selected as the Director for Communications and Information Systems and Chief Information officer for the Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT) Pearl Harbor, HI. As the fleet N6, Ms. Youngs Lew was responsible for ensuring operational C4I capability for all afloat and ashore commands in the U.S. Pacific Fleet. As the CIO, she was actively engaged in strategic C4I and Information Technology (IT) initiatives within the Department of the Navy, the U.S. Pacific Command the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
