Johannes Escudero is the founder and chief executive officer of the Coalition For Renewable Natural Gas, Inc. (RNG Coalition). The RNG Coalition is an international 501(c)(6) organization providing public policy advocacy and education on behalf of the renewable natural gas industry. The RNG Coalition was formed in 2011 around a mission to advocate for the advanced application of renewable natural gas from cellulosic waste streams so that present and future generations have access to clean, domestic, renewable fuel and energy supply. Escudero has more than 15 years of organizational leadership experience, with a diverse background in non-profit management, business development, higher education, politics, governmental, legislative, and regulatory affairs. Prior to founding the RNG Coalition, Escudero served as legislative director in the California State Assembly, serving ranking members of the Transportation, Utilities and Commerce, Natural Resources, and Environmental Safety & Toxic Materials committees.
