Dr. Amanda Bullock is an Enablement Lead at OpenAI, helping government and research organizations translate generative AI into practical, mission-aligned outcomes. Previously, she served at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) where she held a variety of roles, most recently as the Senior GenAI Strategist, supporting the deployment of NIPRGPT and GenAI.mil. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) and specializes in AI adoption, workforce enablement, and statistical signal processing.
