Lina Coss is an AI Adoption, Content & Community Manager at OpenAI, where she leads government-focused AI adoption initiatives spanning workforce enablement, events, sponsorships, and community programming. She develops learning experiences and resources that help public-sector employees build confidence with AI and apply it to their day-to-day work. Previously, Lina was a Program Manager at Google, where she led internal enablement programs that equipped teams with the AI knowledge and resources to support government customers. At National Geographic, she developed immersive learning experiences, global events, and storytelling programs that brought together scientists, explorers, and subject-matter experts to share their work and inspire new audiences. A former high school teacher with a master’s degree in education, Lina brings a creative, people-centered approach to helping organizations learn, connect, and adopt new technology.
