Heather Breedlove is the Acting Product Owner with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service, supporting the federal transparency platform, USAspending.gov. With more than a decade of federal service spanning quality assurance and financial systems analysis, Heather partners with cross functional teams to expand public access to federal spending and financial data by translating complex government financial data into clear, accessible resources that promote transparency, accountability, and informed decision making. As an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) with expertise in business analysis, and agile delivery, Heather is passionate about making government data more accessible, understandable, and actionable for everyone.
