Lisa Santana Fox currently serves as the Director, Fines, Penalties and Forfeitures. Previously, she served as the Assistant Director, Enforcement with the Pharmaceutical, Health and Chemical Center. Prior to her Center assignment, she served as the Assistant Area Port Director (Trade) in Cleveland, Ohio and has served in several trade positions in Cleveland, Miami and Washington, DC. Ms. Santana Fox started her government service in 1991 with the U.S. Customs Service as an Import Specialist in Cleveland, Ohio.
