Mike Bausch is the owner of Andolini's Pizzeria, a concept of Andolini’s Worldwide, named one of the "Top 10 Pizzerias in America" based solely on reviews by TripAdvisor, CNN, Buzzfeed, and USA Today. Business.org named Andolini's as the "most recommended restaurant" in Tulsa and named Tulsa as one of the most food-obsessed cities in the United States based per capita on the number of people compared to total restaurants. Mike is a Certified Master Pizzaiolo and instructor and winner of Tulsa's Restaurateur of the Year. Additionally, he is a Two Time Amazon #1 Best Seller with his books Unsliced: How to Stay Whole in the Pizzeria Industry and The Pursuit of Pizza. Entrepreneur.com named Unsliced a must-read business book of 2021. In 2023, he was named Oklahoma Small Business Person of the Year and, as a result, was invited to the White House to meet the President. Andolini's began in 2005 and has grown to five pizzerias, two food hall concepts, a food truck, and a fine dining restaurant, Prossimo, by 2019.
