Sami Senapathy is the Founder and CEO of Endeavor, an AI platform built for distributors and manufacturers. Endeavor helps industrial organizations modernize core workflows such as order entry, quoting, pricing, and sales operations, enabling teams to operate more efficiently and make better, data-driven decisions. Raised in a manufacturing family, Sami developed an early appreciation for American industry and the operational complexity behind it. He studied computer science and business at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and began programming at a young age—an experience that ultimately led him to Palantir, where he worked on AI solutions for Fortune 500 manufacturing and distribution companies. Today, Sami works closely with distribution leaders across the country to help them adopt AI in a practical, operator-first way. Through Endeavor, he focuses on delivering technology that integrates into existing systems, improves accuracy and productivity, and creates measurable business value without disrupting day-to-day operations.
