Barbara Dunn is an attorney with over 30 years of experience serving as a legal and business advisor to clients in the meetings, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors. She exclusively represents organizations that conduct meetings, conferences, trade shows, and special events, providing practical contract negotiation and risk management guidance. Barbara also specializes in helping nonprofit organizations navigate federal tax exemptions, governance, board training, and strategic planning. A frequent industry speaker and co-founder of the Legalease with the Ladies® webinar series, she has served as President of the Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys and Chair of the ASAE Legal Section Council. She is the owner and principal of Barbara Dunn Law and is admitted to practice in Illinois, Missouri, and the District of Columbia.
