Ashley had a career in Sales and as a  Finance Manager for 14 years before becoming a business partner and CFO at Brown Oaks Flooring. Ashley is the first Woman NWFA Certified Sales Advisor in her Market Area in Nashville and surrounding counties. She has transformed her company into a profitable operation, by managing builder relationships, working hand in hand with flooring distributors to improve quality and develop extended benefits to our clients. She has managed some of our largest contract jobs and grown our sales beyond expectations. Ashley has an extensive sales background with over years over 20 years of  experience. She manages helping home owners, interior designers and builders to attain their dream floors in every home we touch.
