As a NWFA Certified inspector, Taylor brings a wealth of expertise to the flooring industry. Currently serving as a manufacturer’s representative and technical support professional for several leading manufacturers, Taylor combines deep industry knowledge with practical solutions. As a Regional Instructor for the NWFA, Taylor has trained countless architects, dealers, flooring contractors, and builders in programs such as the NWFA's Sales Advisor course, Problems Causes and Cures, and Fundamentals of Concrete. A recipient of the prestigious NWFA Vanguard Award, Taylor has also contributed multiple articles to Hardwood Floors Magazine and served as an expert witness in over 20 court cases, further cementing his status as a trusted authority in the field.
