Cesar Cardona is the founder, owner, and operator of Cardona Flooring, established in 2008. Like many in the industry, he began his career with hard work, curiosity, and a strong desire to improve every day. This year marks his 18th year in the hardwood flooring industry. Becoming an NWFA member changed his path, opening the door to education, mentorship, and a deeper understanding of the craft.
