Mari Holly is a seasoned real estate professional with 25 years of experience spanning local government, development, property management, and complex real estate transactions. She currently serves as a Real Estate Manager for St. Luke’s Health System, the largest health system in Idaho, where she oversees a diverse portfolio and supports strategic facility and property initiatives. Mari is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM and is deeply engaged in the commercial real estate community. She serves on the Board of Directors for BOMA Idaho, chairs the Education Committee, and teaches BOMI courses, helping advance industry knowledge and professional development across the region. Known for her broad expertise and collaborative approach, Mari is committed to elevating real estate practices and supporting the built environment in Idaho’s growing communities.
