Dr. Willis has 30 years of experience in public education, specifically special education. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, a Master of Science in Psychology and is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology with the state of Texas. In addition, she has a Master of Education focusing on Special Education with a current Educational Diagnostician and Autism Specialist Certification. She has served on the TCASE board of directors and is an Adjunct Professor with the at Liberty University.
