Tera McNutt is a skilled professional specializing in applied behavior analysis and therapeutic services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology & Audiology from Miami University. With years of hands-on experience, Tera is deeply committed to improving outcomes for individuals and families in the field of therapy. In her current role as Senior Director of Therapies at New Story Schools in Ohio, Tera oversees all therapeutic services including ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and music therapy. She also manages the administration of the ADOS-2 for diagnostic evaluations, and leads the Mental Health Committee, bringing an interdisciplinary approach to care. Tera's leadership journey started as a Clinical Supervisor at The Learning Spectrum, where she managed teams of behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, and other therapy professionals. She has expertise in clinical supervision, treatment planning, billing systems, and staff development, always ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care. Tera is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst, and is an active member of The Ohio Association for Behavior Analysis (OHABA), where she continues to grow professionally. Tera is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, and her work reflects her commitment to delivering high-quality care and fostering professional growth within her teams.
