Dr. Jo Ann Steinbauer has dedicated her career-long professional practice over the past 3 decades to serving learners of all ages and the PK-12 education community. As a classroom teacher, instructional coach, professional developer, and administrator, Jo Ann deeply understands the challenges educators and learners face, and the importance of translating research into actionable, relevant teaching and learning practices. In her current role, she focuses on engaging PK-12 school districts nationwide in understanding impact at deeper levels, applying research and program evaluation methodologies aligned to continuous improvement. Her research interests include transformational leadership and change management in dynamic, complex learning systems to increase learner success.
