Dr. Erika Stevens Olinger is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, Doctoral Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and licensed Health Service Psychologist. In her 18-year career, she has worked as a School Psychologist Practitioner, Lead School Psychologist, District Administrator, State-Level Crisis Response Team Leader, Assistant Professor, and Director of the UCO Learning and Behavior Clinic. Dr. Olinger currently works as a Psychologist Medical Consultant for the Social Security Administration. She has served on the executive board (including two terms as President) for the Oklahoma School Psychological Association, a board member of the Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst Board, and as Oklahoma Delegate for the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and the NASP Board of Directors. Her research and professional interests include crisis prevention and management in schools, threat/ risk assessment, applied behavior analysis, academic and behavioral interventions, implementation of multi-tiered systems of support, and trauma-informed practices.
