Jackie Johns

Jackie Johns is the Director of Special Services for Collinsville Public Schools in Collinsville, Oklahoma. A Nationally Certified School Psychologist, Jackie has over 20 years of experience serving students from Pre-K through high school in both Iowa and Oklahoma. She transitioned into her current leadership role four years ago. In 2018, Jackie was honored as the Oklahoma School Psychologist of the Year. She served on the Executive Board of the Oklahoma School Psychological Association (OSPA) from 2019 to 2025, helping to guide state-level initiatives and advocacy. Jackie is also an invited team member of the TeleSPED ECHO initiative—a collaborative effort between Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences Project ECHO, the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration (CCOSA), and OSU–Tulsa. Through this work, she supports statewide efforts to promote best practices, foster professional development, and address complex educational challenges across Oklahoma.
