Melissa Lummis serves as the Supervisor of Specialized Teaching and Learning and Assistive Technology for the Cobb County School District. She has earned numerous accolades for her contributions to specialized teaching and learning, including the recent Spotlight Leader of the Year award. A seasoned presenter at national, state, and local levels, Melissa is currently pursuing her doctoral studies with a focus on specially designed instruction. As an active member of the Cobb County Leadership Academy for Prospective Administrators, Cobb Education Consortium, Cobb County Teacher Academy (Instructor), and Teacher Leader Academy (Supervisor), she remains dedicated to delivering high-quality support to all stakeholders.
