Katie Siegel, Ph.D. is the Director of Workforce Development for Columbia Public Schools, K–12. Prior to this role, Dr. Siegel served as the Transition Coordinator for Special Services, where she successfully developed numerous work-based learning opportunities and career-focused curriculum for students. Dr. Siegel is deeply passionate about preparing scholars for their post-secondary transitions and has demonstrated exceptional success in building community partnerships that enhance the real-world skills students acquire before entering the workforce. Her work is centered on providing an exceptional educational experience for every student, with a strong commitment to ensuring post-secondary success through relevant, meaningful learning opportunities.
