Richelle Poisson is the Curriculum and Instruction Coordinator at Cove School, a therapeutic day school dedicated to supporting students with complex learning disabilities. With a MA in Special Education from American University and currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, Richelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She completed a year of student teaching at the Lab School of Washington, which laid the foundation for her career in special education. Having also served as a special education teacher and instructional coach at Cove School, Richelle is passionate about developing inclusive curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all learners, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive in an equitable educational environment.
