Melissa Madden is a passionate advocate for special education in Oklahoma's rural districts, bringing over 20 years of experience. She offers deep expertise gained from both classroom and leadership roles. As a former Special Services and Alternative Education Director, she brings practical experience alongside her education. Melissa holds a Master's in Education from the University of Oklahoma with certifications in secondary transition education and applied behavior analysis and a Bachelor's in Special Education from East Central University. Currently, she serves as the Special Education Content Specialist with the Oklahoma Public School Resource Center (OPSRC), providing vital support to Oklahoma public schools.
