As Director of Operations for LBA Realty, Tracey Hagadorn oversees a diverse portfolio of assets including LBA’s “mother ship”, Park Place, located in Irvine, CA. Tracey possesses over 22 years of commercial real estate industry experience, 18 of which have been at Park Place. Tracey has expertise in strategic planning, operations, tenant retention, employee development, budgeting, and due diligence. A certified LEED Green Associate since 2012, she is passionate about sustainability initiatives which have resulted in numerous ESG-related awards throughout her tenure at LBA.
