Supriya has a successful track record and market experience with organizations operating in the global markets of corporate real estate, financial services, manufacturing, chem/pharma, water, energy & environment, working closely with senior leaders within client teams including the Global Heads of Environmental Health & Safety, Operational Risk, Governance, Corporate Real Estate, Data Centers and Facilities Management. Supriya recently served as Global Transformation Program Director at Arcadis – designing and executing global transformation and governance programs for scaling and growing capability in digital solutions and sustainability offerings for global clients. People-centric DEIB advocate and chair for the DEI Committee at Virginia AWWA - creating the energy that fosters authenticity, creativity, excellence and growth in project teams, client networks, non-profit and academic communities. Self-confessed data and culture evangelist, one of Supriya’s strengths is her ability to attract, retain and motivate high performance and high potential digital and business talent within the programs she leads. Supriya is also a consulting advisory board member with the College of William and Mary, and plays an active role in shaping the future of our incoming workforce – through mentoring the next generation talent so they are well prepared to meet the demands placed by the uncertain and unnerving world around us. She also works with elementary & middle school kids to develop their digital, project management, self-confidence, and public speaking skills as part of her theatre start-up
