Carter is a senior vice president in the Corporate Service Group at Lincoln Harris, a full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. He is responsible for developing and delivering both tactical and strategic real estate solutions for corporate clients looking to optimize their real estate assets. Carter also has operational responsibility for the Legacy Union campus assets including Bank of America Tower, 650 S Tryon, the Honeywell Global Headquarter building and the 720 S Church parking facility. In his 30+ year career, Carter has worked with and advised numerous Fortune 500 clients on a variety of real estate issues. Carter received his BS in Accounting and MBA from the University of North Carolina.
