James O’Reilly is the Vice President of Global Real Estate for Honeywell, a Fortune 100 software-industrial company and leading Internet of things technology providers that enables everything from aircraft, buildings, manufacturing plants, supply chains and workers to become more connected to make the world smarter, safer and more sustainable. Honeywell Global Real Estate is a key enabler to the Company’s mission to become the world’s premier Software-Industrial Company. James drives planning and execution across offices, manufacturing, and engineering transformation projects in the Americas, Asia, Europe and India. Under James’ leadership, Honeywell’s world-class Global Real Estate organization strives to drive change through active portfolio management across a highly diverse real estate portfolio of over800sites and footprint of 50million square feet. Prior to joining Honeywell James served in several Real Estate capacities, he served as Director of Real Estate and Asset Management–Americas for GlaxoSmithKline in Philadelphia. His experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President, Program Management Executive for Bank of America, Charlotte, NC. James earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Georgia with a double major in International Business and Marketing. He also holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and attended the Harvard Business School’s Real Estate Management Program.
