Laurel Patel is the Senior Manager, Community Experience & Customer Insights at Granite Properties. She joined Granite in 2014. She is responsible for leading a task force focused on building community and a cross-departmental data team. Her role includes creating consistent nationwide community experiences through strategic programming and a customer communications plan as well as collecting and analyzing data from surveys to understand Granite’s current and prospective customers. Laurel earned her BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
