Thomas is responsible for providing strategic oversight to property technology initiatives, with an emphasis on identifying, deploying, and supporting those technologies that advance Hines ' digital strategy. He works closely with a diverse set of internal stakeholders focused on improving Hines’ Alpha using these technologies. Thomas brings nearly three (3) decades of Hines experience to his property tech role including leading the Corporate Operations team, as well as having played an instrumental role in various Firm initiatives, such as the creation and maintenance of Hines Operational Standards and the application of Hines’ Risk Reduction Programs. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University. Outside of the office, he is the father of three girls, a live music enthusiast, and naturally, an avid tech guru.
