Joe currently serves as an Asset Manager, Owned Assets within Worldwide Ops Real Estate at Amazon. In this role, Joe oversees the Owned Asset Portfolio (OAM) managing real estate acquired but not yet ready for operations or construction activity. This includes operating expense management, lease compliance, tenant engagement, maintenance, oversight of 3PPM, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Worldwide Asset Management at Amazon, Joe served as General Manager for CBRE’s Property Management Group as Program Manager for the Amazon WWRE OAM Portfolio. He also directed and managed approximately 38 MSF of industrial Real Estate throughout the Midwest on behalf of LINK Logistics. Joe spent over 15 years with Prologis, Inc. where he was responsible for leasing, management, and development of multiple master planned commercial business parks in Chicago and the East Region. Throughout his career Joe has embraced his commitment to tenant service and asset value preservation, approaching every lease transaction and operating expense with those values in mind. Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University, MBA in Finance from St. Xavier’s University, and MLS from Dominican University.
