Kimberly Brown joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, bringing over 30 years of experience in operations, leasing, accounting, project management and business development spanning all sectors including office, industrial, retail and multifamily. Kimberly's expertise also includes 20 years of extensive experience in supplier diversity. Her commitment to ESG initiatives is reflected in her extensive involvement in industry trade and social impact organizations both locally and nationally. She currently holds board seats on BOMI, African American Real Estate Professionals Los Angeles, the Commercial Real Estate Diversity Coalition, and Swirls for Girls. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kimberly held various positions with JRT Realty Group, a certified WBE, helping the firm expand its investor and global occupier platforms.
