Madeline is an ESG Analyst for Principal Real Estate Investors. She is responsible for researching industry trends and best practices; managing and analyzing environmental performance data; coordinating ESG projects at property and portfolio level; creating internal and external communications materials such as property case studies, the biannual ESG Report, and client requests for proposal; supporting industry reporting such as GRESB, CDP, UN PRI, and TCFD; and overseeing certifications including LEED, Fitwel, ENERGY STAR, BOMA360, and BREEAM, among others. Prior to joining the ESG team, Madeline spent four years as an Acquisitions Analyst. She serves as a board member for CREW’s Iowa chapter, and is a LEED Green Associate and Fitwel Associate.
