Associate Director, Alicia Hall, is currently overseeing day-to-day operations of 2 million sq. ft. of Class A office buildings in Seattle’s South Lake Union. She developed and oversees a team of over 20 engineers and property management professionals. Attention to detail and dynamic communication allow Ms. Hall to provide exceptional outcomes. Ms. Hall is a patient and kind leader who shares her knowledge and processes with team members inside and outside of her management scope. She inspires others around her to strive to be their best, which invites creativity and constant learning opportunities. With over 15 years of experience managing a variety of commercial properties, Alicia is passionate about real estate. Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Alicia managed a variety of commercial properties including Class A Office, Medical, Industrial, and Mixed-use properties.
