James has diverse and extensive experience developing, articulating and collaborating with clients & teams to design and deliver successful, leading edge workplace solutions that enhance experience and transform organizations. He is active in contributing to thought leadership on topics centered on the evolving world of work, workplace and workplace experience. As an engaged and active participant in the Real Estate industry, James has been at the leading edge of thinking and action focused on the evolving world of work. He has participated in and spoken at numerous industry events focused on education, diversity, advocacy along with themes exploring the future of work and the broader industry. Recent examples of his thought leadership participation include: • Imagine a Place OFS Podcast 2020 Culture, Place & Tools, The Future of Place Making • Corenet Global Summit EMEA 2020 (Virtual) ‘Adapt & Thrive’ • Corenet Global Summit Anaheim 2019 Session 1 ‘Experience the Transformation’ & Session 2 Impact Session - ‘What’s Next’? • Neocon 2018 - ‘Cultural Evolution: Choice and Beyond’ From 2014 to 2020 James served as a Vice President on the International Interior Design Association’s International Board Directors and was its President for 2018/19. In 2020 he became a Fellow of the International Interior Design Association and currently serves as an IIDA Foundation Board Member, a nonprofit philanthropic organization.
