Tracey Merrell is the Managing Partner of Education at Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP. Her practice includes residential, commercial, and post-foreclosure eviction litigation and appeals. She has experience in local rent control jurisdictions and statewide rent and eviction control. She extensively lectures on landlord-tenant topics; legislative updates, and fair housing issues to property owners and managers and to other attorneys in MCLE courses. Ms. Merrell also is a contributor and editor for the firm publications Residential and Commercial Preventative Law Handbooks and the Fair Housing Encyclopedia. She is also a contributor/editor for the Landlord Tenant Guide for the California CEB. She is presently on the board for Cal NARPM and AHMA-NCH.
